Laser Power Supply
The laser power supply for the fiber laser marking machine is the device responsible for powering the fiber laser unit; it accepts an input voltage of AC 220V. It is installed within the marking machine's control box.
Fiber Laser
The fiber laser marking machine utilizes an imported pulsed fiber laser, which features an excellent output beam mode and a long service life. It is designed to be installed inside the marking machine's main housing.
Galvanometer Scanning System
The galvanometer scanning system consists of two main components: an optical scanner and a servo control unit. The entire system is designed and manufactured utilizing cutting-edge technologies, new materials, advanced processes, and innovative operating principles.
The optical scanner employs servo motors that operate based on a moving-magnet deflection mechanism. It offers numerous advantages, including a wide scanning angle, high peak torque, high load inertia, a low electromechanical time constant, high operating speed, and exceptional stability and reliability. A precision bearing anti-backlash mechanism ensures ultra-low axial and radial runout errors. An "electronic torsion bar" replaces traditional elastic torsion bars, significantly enhancing both service life and long-term operational reliability. The "zero-power holding" operating principle-which maintains position at any point without consuming power-reduces overall power consumption and minimizes thermal effects within the components, thereby eliminating the need for a constant-temperature control device. Furthermore, advanced, highly stable precision position-sensing technology delivers superior performance characterized by high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability, and low drift.
The optical scanner is divided into an X-axis scanning system and a Y-axis scanning system, with a laser-reflecting mirror mounted on the shaft of each servo motor. Each servo motor is individually controlled by digital signals transmitted from the computer to precisely guide its scanning trajectory.
Focusing System
The function of the focusing system is to converge the parallel laser beam onto a single focal point. It primarily utilizes an f-θ lens; different f-θ lenses possess different focal lengths, resulting in varying marking effects and scanning ranges. The fiber laser marking machine is equipped with an imported, high-performance focusing system; its standard configuration features a lens with a focal length of f=160mm, providing an effective scanning range of Φ110mm. Users may select alternative lens models based on their specific application requirements.
Optional f-θ lenses include:
f=100mm, with an effective focusing range of Φ65mm.
f=160mm, with an effective focusing range of Φ110mm.
Computer Control System
The computer control system serves as the central hub for the overall control and command of the laser marking machine, while also acting as the platform for software installation. Through the coordinated control of the acousto-optic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system, it executes the marking process on the workpiece.
The computer control system of a fiber laser marking machine primarily comprises the computer chassis, motherboard, CPU, hard drive, RAM modules, D/A card, floppy disk drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other components.
