1. When the machine is not in operation, the power supply to both the marking machine and the computer must be switched off.
2. When the machine is not in operation, ensure the field lens cover is securely in place to prevent dust contamination of the optical lenses.
3. The internal circuitry operates under high voltage while the machine is running; therefore, non-professionals must never attempt maintenance or repairs while the power is on, to avoid the risk of electric shock.
4. Should any malfunction occur, immediately switch off the power supply to the machine.
5. During prolonged use, airborne dust may accumulate on the underside of the focusing lens. In mild cases, this will reduce the laser power and compromise marking quality; in severe cases, it can cause the optical lens to absorb excessive heat, potentially leading to thermal cracking or shattering. If the marking quality deteriorates, carefully inspect the surface of the focusing lens for contamination.
6. If the surface of the focusing lens is found to be contaminated, the lens must be removed and its underside carefully cleaned.
7. Exercise extreme caution when removing the focusing lens to avoid damaging it or dropping it. Furthermore, strictly avoid touching the lens surface with your hands or any other objects.
8. To clean the lens, prepare a mixture of anhydrous ethanol (analytical grade) and diethyl ether (analytical grade) in a 3:1 ratio. Dip a long-fiber cotton swab or a piece of lens tissue into this solution and gently wipe the underside of the focusing lens. Use a fresh cotton swab or piece of lens tissue for each individual wipe.
9. Do not move the marking machine while it is in operation, as this may result in damage to the equipment.
10. Do not place or stack any objects on top of the marking machine, as this may impede heat dissipation and compromise the machine's cooling efficiency.
